The Miao Fa Chan Temple

is located in the heart of Portland, Oregon. It was previously named as World Buddhist Preaching Association or the Portland Buddhist Temple. The temple was inargurated in 2002 amist heavy decorated celebrations. The temple now has free mediation practices going on everyday and the general public is welcome. The weekend practices and ceremonies are listed below. Please feel free to visit this temple. The contact person at the temple is Ven Master. Fa Thai and can be reached on the phone or email.

The Temple is open to Public at the following times:

Weekdays : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays : Self awareness worship service from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm After the ceremony, a short dedication is done to the donors to make aware the sharing of love and kindness for all beings.

The Temple is also open to Public at the following special time:

Special Full Moon ceremony: 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
